Rohn MVP. Singleimage is the name of the installation file MS provides to the builders to install all 3 consumer versions of the trial in a single process. You probably have part of the original factory installed “Free trial”. QAT files if you have done any customization Boot your computer before trying to install again to clearn the setup problem also. That is the installation file the MS provides to manufactuers to install the 3 trial versions. Your product key is specific to one of the 3 versions, Home and student, Home and business or Pro. With yproduct key, Go to one of these sites and download the matching installation file.

Downloaded Access, and when I run installation get message that bit MS Office Single Image is blocking installation of bit product and needs to be removed. I can’t find this file in directory.
