I have a client with a Win10pro pc, Office Home and Business, connecting to Office for emails. This problem started about foor months ago. The pc has been passsord use for 2 years now. Outlook would always ask for the email password on start up. Created a new email profile.
This worked for about 4 months, and now the problem has come back. I’m trying not to have to create the profile again, as this took a long time for downnload emails to be sync’ed up again.
He has a 30gb mail box. And since this problem has reoccurred, I’m not convinced that it won’t come back again even if I do create a new profile again. One odd thing was this. When it asked for the password most recently, I clicked on the “cancel” instead of typing in the password.
